A producer’s eye, a career of creative work, and a way of designing travel the category hadn’t seen. Leslie arrived with the instinct already in place – we built the brand to carry it.

( The Thinking )

Most luxury travel is well executed. Very little of it is original. Leslie produced creative work long before she produced travel, and the advisor category didn’t know what to do with that – it files everyone under the same two promises, tailor-made itineraries and trusted access, on a hundred near-identical sites.

The strategy work uncovered what actually sets her apart: she doesn’t assemble trips, she directs them. Palmer Studio positions as a producer of experiences, and that thinking now runs through everything a client sees – the identity, the site, the film, the printed page – answering to one line: Original thinking. Extraordinary travel.

( The Design )

The design direction was never quiet luxury. Rich, vibrant colour – rainforest green, papaya orange, bordeaux red – and a brand that feels alive. It runs through the brand guidelines, print, an advertisement we designed for Artful Living, and a sixty-second hero film produced and cut in-house.

The site is hand coded, built to move the way a portfolio moves – proof of taste before a single service is named. When it went out to her creative circle, the reply came back: the best site we’ve seen in a long time.

( The Film )

The hero film sells the trips themselves – the leadership retreat where the setting does half the work, the private itinerary built around a feeling rather than a route. Sixty seconds of movement, light and pace, showing what a page of copy cannot.

( What Our Client Says )

“It’s the first time my branding has fully reflected what’s been in my head and heart for years. The structure and design are perfect. I can’t thank the team enough for their creativity and thoughtfulness.”
